Air travel tips to make your next flight serene.

Flying anywhere can be exhausting if not done right. Here are some tips to help you keep on top of things on your next flight. Keep off caffeine and alcohol as much as possible. Be polite to the crew. (They are doing their jobs and it can be trying to have deal with hundreds of people.) Bring you own bottle and as the cabin crew to fill it with water/juice/beverages. Pack light. Don't check your bags if possible.   Wear slip on shoes. They are comfortable and are easy to get in and out.
